As soon as I started reading this article, I was instantly interested. It talks about how interior designers have the ability to create spaces where everyone can feel welcome. I learned that as a designer, we live to believe that everyone thinks and processes things just like we do which is not true. I agree that we as designers have a specific way of thinking about things and that use our own judgement every day about spaces and other things. We have a specific creativity mindset that not everyone has. We can see things in a different way than other people. Based on this article, I believe that the future of interior design is very strong. We have a way of being able to design spaces for people so that everyone can feel welcome no matter where we go.
